I take him to the park. He lets me take his picture=great teamwork!
I miss climbing trees and swinging so high I thought the swing would tip over?

We’ve called you Bubba for as long as i can remember so i think you’re going to be our little bubba forever though you say you’re not a baby youre a big boy.
Today you are ‘the man’
Happy Birthday, Troy
I love you xox

more from our ’say cheese(y)’ session the other day. We areĀ having serious fun with my wide angle lens. Makes for wonderful bobble head moments lol.
The chalkboards you see here are actually framed prints id had in an exhibition that i no longer wanted to keep so i made them into chalkboards for the kids. They come is super handy when the kids are in the car.

Isn’t he just too cute for words?
More from this session to follow shortly

As much as i heart my Nikon i like to also use my phone for photography.
With my phone camera I know I’m not going to get the perfect shot, I know i can chop off important bits and somehow get away with it. I know I dont need to know any technical camera settings to make the shot work and my phone camera is way lighter than my ‘proper’ camera which is a bonus ;)
no expensive camera
no expensive software programs
just a cheap low MP camera attached to a phone
Makes for good toy camera fun sometimes.
apps used here are photobooth, shakeitphoto and hipstamatic. I have a few old toy camera style apps but tend to use the shakeitphoto the most.
Whats your favourite iphone app?
p.s Mums out of hospital :)

-
Cool! I love using my iphone too, so convenient! My favourites are Hipstamatic, Camerabag (for ‘polaroids’) and I’ve just discovered Lo-mob
-
Ah look like you have the Hipstamatic app also. Heaps of fun.
More random photography. Shot in Yass and Canberra.

Mums been admitted to hospital, again. Not sure for how long this time but im hoping its not for long. I so wish i could make a wish and make her all better.
my new blogs up and running. Still needs a few tweaks here and there but i absolutely adore it! don’t you?
Dreaming of Darwin more and more each day.
still a non smoker. aren’t you proud of me?
and a bonus image because nobody likes a naked blog post.
Night all. Stay safe :)

I’ve had this lens for a few days now and I must say im pretty impressed. I sold my last wide angle lens when i got rid of all my canon gear and switched to Nikon* so its wonderful to have a wider perspective again. Heres some of what ive been seeing with the help of this lens so far during the school holidays. Shots are a mixture from yass and canberra. All shots are available for sale if anyone is interested.

Its super sharp all over the shop .I may just have to do a 2nd post on this as ive got so many to share.

* = happy camper :)

What a lovely nature set of photographs. The family looked so relaxed. You have a lovely style Tracy.
i love the rain, taking a hot bath with my favorite mag to wind down at the end of the day, to laugh so hard my cheeks hurt and i get tears in my eyes, to receive a compliment about my work, to hear my kids askĀ ‘do you want a kiss and a cuddle’?, my family, my cameras and my mums baked dinners
What do you love?

Missed it again. Sorry ‘Man’. Happy Birthday
